Its been quite a time now since I opted for alarm force . My experience has been much like others - Hassle free installation, timely responses and a backup secure code in case I am at a Gun Point ! :D

I really admire their installation process. My neighbor recently installed a security system from another company and the "technician" who came to their house was so unorganized that he appeared to be winging it on the spot. That in itself is bad customer service! I've had Alarmforce for awhile now and every time I require expert support, they were well informed and cooperative. In short I have like yourself no complaints on Alarm force.
