I am not unhappy with Alarmforce, but I am not amazingly happy with it either. I guess, you can say that I am neutral. However, I enjoy the rate: my sister has similar program but from different company, and she pays a lot more than I do!

I recently got Alarmcare for my elderly parents and I love how I dont have to worry all the time. The pendant button can call help immediately, which is faster than an actual phone call. I recommend to all my friends who have elderly parents at home!

I am a satisfied customer of Alarmforce. I like their easy to use system, since I do not have to teach my other family members how to use it every other day. I was also impressed with the customer service; they were very friendly and helpful even after my non-stop questions.

As a new mom, I was always worried to leave my baby alone with a nanny. Not satisfied with traditional "nanny cam", when I heard about Alarm force's Videorelay from my co-worker, I got it immediately. I can monitor AND talk to my nanny anywhere with my android. THANK YOU Alarm force!

I installed alarmforce few years ago. At first, my system had some technical problem. When I called alarmforce Ottawa about it, they changed the system immediately. I was surprise and very happy with instant response. After that, everything has been good and I am very happy with alarmforce.

Easily hitting an alert button can send help on the way and communicate to central station immediately. That simply explained why I fell in with Alarm Force System. I have two kindergarten kids and three elders home. But both I and my husband are working persons. We can’t keep an eye on them all day long. Alarm Force System is the best home support for my family.

I have no interest in gadgets, so when I first installed alarmforce I was nervous. (It took me a year to learn about the old alarm system) When the technician came to install the alarm system, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question (even repetitive ones) with a smile!

I installed Alarmforce few weeks ago. I had problem with my system and when I called in, they replaced it instantly. I am happy about the quick, responsible response Alarmforce provided!

I installed Alarm Care for my parents few months ago. Before this, I was always worried about someone breaking in their house, or one of my parents collapsing without help. Now with Alarm Care, I am very happy that I dont have to constantly worry about them.

As a new homeowner, I had no idea on alarm system. I wasnt sure if I can get home security with motion sensor when I have 2 puppies that love running around. When I called and found out I can have the sensor to create "pet alley", I was thrilled! Service was great (both over the phone and in person)
